من نحن ودورنا
جسر CRM نظام لإدارة علاقات العملاء وتأجير المركبات، تشترك فيه شركات مستقلّة. الشركة التي تستخدم النظام هي المتحكّم ببيانات عملائها وموظّفيها، ونحن معالج نيابةً عنها: نشغّل النظام ونحفظ البيانات ولا نستخدمها لأغراضنا. بيانات كل شركة معزولة عن غيرها.
يشغّل جسر CRM شركه كواد انتلكت لمواد وانظمه واجهزه الاتصالات (ذ.م.م)، سجل تجاري رقم 474312، وعنوانها: حولي، قطعة 1، شارع ابن خلدون، مبنى لؤلؤة بن خلدون، الدور م1، محل 37 — الكويت.

الأذونات على الهاتف
الموقع: يُستخدم أثناء استعمال التطبيق فقط، لإرسال موقعك للعميل داخل المحادثة ولتسجيل الحضور من موقع الفرع. لا نجمع الموقع في الخلفية ولا حين يكون التطبيق مغلقاً. الكاميرا والميكروفون: عند اختيارك التصوير أو التسجيل فقط. الإشعارات: لتنبيهك بالرسائل والأحداث.
موقع المركبات يأتي من أجهزة تتبّع مثبّتة في السيارات، لا من هاتفك، ويستمرّ ما دام الجهاز يعمل.
٢. من نشارك معه
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين للتشغيل:

وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون أو أمر قضائي.
٣. الحفظ والحذف
تُحفظ البيانات ما دام اشتراك الشركة قائماً. عند إنهاء الاشتراك تُحذف بيانات الشركة خلال تسعين يوماً، ما لم يوجب القانون حفظ بعضها (كالسجلّات المحاسبية). سجلّات مواقع المركبات تُحذف تلقائياً بعد المدّة المحدّدة في إعدادات الشركة.
طلب حذف بياناتك
راسلنا على admin@jisrcrm.com من بريدك، أو تواصل مع الشركة التي تتعامل معها. نستجيب خلال ثلاثين يوماً. ولك أيضاً أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
٤. الأمان
الاتصال مشفّر بـ HTTPS، والوصول محكوم بصلاحيات لكل مستخدم، وبيانات الاعتماد الحسّاسة مخزّنة مشفّرة، وتُؤخذ نسخ احتياطية دورية. ولا يوجد نظام آمن بالمطلق؛ نلتزم بإبلاغ الشركة المتأثّرة بأي اختراق يمسّ بياناتها.
٥. الأطفال
النظام أداة عمل مخصّصة للشركات، وغير موجّه لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم قصداً.
٦. التغييرات والتواصل
عند تعديل هذه السياسة يتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة، ونُخطر الشركات المشتركة بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

Who we are
Jisr CRM is a customer-relationship and vehicle-rental platform used by independent companies. The company using the system is the controller of its customer and employee data; we act as a processor on its behalf — we operate the system and store the data, and do not use it for our own purposes. Each company's data is isolated from every other company's.
Jisr CRM is operated by شركه كواد انتلكت لمواد وانظمه واجهزه الاتصالات (W.L.L.), Kuwait commercial registration no. 474312, located at Unit 37, Floor M1, Lulua Ibn Khaldoun Building, Ibn Khaldoun Street, Block 1, Hawalli, Kuwait.

Mobile permissions
Location: used only while you are using the app — to share your location with a customer inside a conversation, and to record attendance at a branch. We do not collect location in the background or while the app is closed. Camera and microphone: only when you choose to take a photo or record. Notifications: to alert you to messages and events.
Vehicle location comes from tracking devices installed in the vehicles, not from your phone, and continues while the device is powered.
2. Who we share with
We do not sell or rent data, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers required to operate the system:

We may also disclose data where required by law or valid legal process.
3. Retention and deletion
Data is retained while the company's subscription is active. On termination, that company's data is deleted within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention (for example accounting records). Vehicle location history is purged automatically after the retention period configured by the company.
Requesting deletion
Email admin@jisrcrm.com from your address, or contact the company you deal with. We respond within 30 days. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.
4. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access is governed by per-user permissions, sensitive credentials are stored encrypted, and backups are taken regularly. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify an affected company of any breach involving its data.
5. Children
The system is a business tool intended for companies. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it, and we notify subscribing companies of material changes.
